How does ordering work?
Ordering with us is super easy - you upload the photos you want to use and check out! Once your order is confirmed, we usually have it ready and shipped within 24-48hrs. If you choose delivery as an option, we deliver the weekend immediately after your order. If you choose shipping as your option, depending on your location, delivery can take 2-5 business days.
What kind of photos can I use?
You can upload almost any photos you wish to use! The only time we may experience issues is if your subject is at the edge of a picture or if you have large groups in your photos - but don't worry- We will work with you to get everyone in!
Can I mix and match my photos?
Absolutely! You can use the same photo multiple times or mix and match for your magnet order. You cannot however, mix and match magnet size within the same purchased set of magnets.
How do I care for my magnets?
If you get smudges on your magnet, you should only use a dry or very damp microfibre cloth to wipe the magnet's surface. Do not use abrasive cloths or chemicals on the magnet as it will leave scratch marks.
I have placed an order but need to make a change. Is that possible?
All orders are final once submitted. We encourage you to carefully review your images with us before finalizing your order to ensure accuracy.
Do you accept refunds?
We are unable to provide refunds unless the products you received are damaged. If you encounter any issues with your order, including damage, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Do you ship outside Canada?
We currently ship to Canada and mainland United States. If you reside outside Canada/USA and are looking at special orders, do reach out to us by email - we're always looking for new ways to expand and we may be able to help!
How long are my pictures stored on your site?
Our online upload system stores images for 30 days after which they're deleted. You can rest assured the images do not get used anywhere else other than the magnets you order through us.
Do you take bulk orders?
Yes! Whether for business or special events (think goody bags and giveaways), we are here for you. Send your request in by completing our Contact form.
